RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns will not be accepted for film, paper, chemistry and software. This policy insures that you will always receive fresh, temperature controlled materials. Defective film, paper, chemistry and software are subject to their respective manufacturer's policies. All professional series camera bodies (Canon 1 series, Nikon D series) that have shutter actuation counters fall under our 15 day return policy. In addition they MUST have less than 100 acutuations on the shutter.Please contact us regarding defective exchanges at 800-900-6676 within the first 30 days. Returns of Photo Printers & Photo Scanners will only be accepted with in the first 15 days after purchase if they are sealed and unopened. Once they are open and any ink or software has been opened they are not returnable and are subject to their respective manufacturer's return/exchange policies. We will be happy to give you the phone numbers to reach the manufacturers.

A RECEIPT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL PRODUCT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Merchandise returned for refund, credit or exchange is subject to prior approval from NCC Management and must be in PERFECT COSMETIC CONDITION with all supplied accessories and undamaged packaging. All guarantee cards, warranty cards, instruction manuals and other printed materials must be unmarked and included.

Approved equipment and/or supplies returns/exchanges may be subject to a 10% restocking fee if returned within 15 days from purchase. Approved returns/exchanges made 16-30 days from purchase may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AFTER 30 DAYS FROM PURCHASE. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

IN STORE RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Bring product to store location and ask to speak with your Sales Associate or the Manager on Duty.

MAILORDER, ECOMMERCE OR OUT OF TOWN RETURNS/EXCHANGES

1. Call 1-800-900-6676 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA). NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT A RMA NUMBER.
2. Package the item(s) to be returned in a secure shipping box. Products shipped in for return/exchange without external packaging will be refused.
3. Place the RMA number on the shipping label and send to:

4. For your protection, we recommend shipping the item(s) insured (full product value) with a carrier that can track the shipment (UPS, FEDEX, AIRBORNE).
5. Please include a brief description of the problem and the name of the Sales Associate who issued the RMA number.

RETURN/EXCHANGE EXCEPTIONS
